Welcome to Vivari Spa! Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using www.vivarispa.co.za (“the Website”), you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Website.
2. Spa Etiquette and Policies
- Vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase.
- Vouchers are applicable to treatments at the current price; any shortfall is the responsibility of the voucher holder.
- Booking in advance is recommended, and a 24-hour notice period is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Guests must be older than 16 years unless prior arrangements are made with spa management.
- Arrival at least 15 minutes before scheduled treatments is advised.
- Complimentary spa facilities are available 60 minutes before and after scheduled treatments (not applicable for Grooming Treatments).
- Punctuality is essential; late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time.
- Please bring your bathing costume and ensure mobile phones are switched off during treatments.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, and purchased products are non-refundable.
- Spa Master is not responsible for theft, damage, loss, or misfortune.
3. Standard Voucher Terms & Conditions
- Vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase.
- Vouchers can be used at any time for treatments (not products) at Vivari Spa. To book, please call us on +27 10 594 4104/5 or contact us on email at bookings@vivarispa.co.za
- Booking in advance is recommended. – Right of admission is reserved. Please note guests must be older than 12 years, unless previous arrangements have been made with spa management.
- A 24 hour notice period is required for cancellation and rescheduling. Should cancellation / rescheduling not be made in time the full treatment fee will apply and the voucher will be redeemed.
- Kindly arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment/s to allow time for your to change and fill in our consultation card.
- Guests are welcome to arrive 60 minutes prior to the scheduled treatment to enjoy the complimentary spa facilities. Use of the facilities need to be booked for prior to appointment date and are subject to availability.
- We kindly request punctuality. Late Arrival will result in a reduction in treatment time whilst the full treatment fee will apply.
- Please bring appropriate bathing attire.
- Ensure cellular/mobile phones are switched off during treatments.
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Vouchers is valid for treatments at the current price. The holder of the voucher will be liable to pay any shortfall on the new price of the treatment on the day of presentation.
- Products purchased are not refundable.
- We will not be held responsible for any theft, damage, loss, or misfortune that may occur.
4. Electronic Communications
By using this Website, you consent to electronic communication for all agreements, notices, disclosures, or any other communication, meeting legal requirements.
5. E-Commerce & Privacy
- The Website sells gift vouchers online, and the use of products is at the purchaser’s risk.
- Personal information is kept confidential; credit card details are not retained.
- The Provider is not responsible for security breaches on the User’s electronic device.
- Delivery costs are covered for main centres; additional fees may apply for other addresses.
6. Damaged Goods and Returns
- Report damaged or broken items immediately; replacements will be provided.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days for unopened items; courier costs apply.
7. Online Payment – Virtual Card Services
All online credit card payments are processed by Yoco Online Payment Services. For security policies, visit www.yoco.co.za.
8. Refund and Return Policy
Products are available for purchase, accompanied by a 24-hour return policy. Please note that any returns initiated after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for a refund.
9. Updating of Terms and Conditions
Spa Master reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions; continued use implies acceptance of changes.
10. Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Website is protected by copyright laws; users are not granted any license or rights to the content.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Website and its content are provided “as is,” and the Provider is not liable for any damages incurred while using the Website.
12. Privacy: Casual Surfing
The Website collects aggregated information for statistical purposes, and no personal information is required for casual browsing.
13. Choice of Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be resolved in the Witwatersrand High Court.
